Warranty & Returns
Evolution Inc offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee* on all of our products except for the HD Antenna and Network Powerline Adapters. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please give us a call and we will gladly assist with your return. Once the product has been received back and checked for completeness, we will issue you a full refund of your original purchase price - No Questions Asked!
We offer a 1 Year Warranty on all of our products as well. If you experience any issues with your streaming media player, please give us a call first to see if we can help diagnose the issue over the phone or using our QuickSupport App, if we cannot fix the issue, we will exchange your player for a new one or rebuilt one (at our discretion). This does not include any items that have water damage or any physical damage.
The process for returns is as follows:
Contact our Customer Service department by visiting us and submitting a Web Form or by calling us directly.
We will determine if you are eligible for a return - if you are, we will send you a form to include in your return package. For returns, we will ship them back via USPS so putting them in your mailbox is the easiest way for them to be sent back to us.
Once we receive the return, we will process it accordingly. The process time generally takes approximately 2-3 business days. Once we receive your return, you will receive an update via email from our returns department letting you know that we have received your product and how the process is going. We will issue refunds the day the product has been received and reviewed for completeness.
* - Return shipping costs for items returned for a refund within 30 days are paid for by the customer. This includes all international orders.
* - Items returned to us after the 30 day window will not be refunded. We are not able to refund the shipping costs to return the product after the first 30 days.
* - Items with physical damage are not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds are issued within 48 hours from when the box was received through the same payment method that was used to purchase the original product.
Please remove any remote control Dongles, SD Cards and anything else that is plugged into your unit before shipping it back to us. We are not responsible for any lost items that are send back with returned units. Also, be sure to do a factory reset on your box to clear any personal data that may be stored on your unit.
REMEMBER: Evolution Inc does not provide support on any 3rd party add-ons within the KODI application. These add-ons are serviced, owned and operated by 3rd party companies that have no affiliation with EZ Stream. If you are experiencing issues with any add-ons within KODI, please contact the developer directly. Do not contact KODI directly as they have no affiliation with Evolution Inc or any 3rd party add-on developer. Our streaming specialist will not be able to provide any answers, comments or support on any 3rd party add-ons or applications that comes on the Evo Inc Media Players. Please contact the developer directly for any questions regarding support or playback issues.
